Effective date: 23 October 2026

Krushal Associates operates the Krushal Associates Office Management Hub and its associated mobile application. The Hub helps clients and authorised office users manage client records, cases, legal work, hearings, notices, documents and related office activities. How the Mobile App Works

The mobile app is a web-wrapper interface for the Office Management Hub. It displays the same website and account information in a mobile-friendly way. It does not maintain a separate database or a separate offline copy of case or client records.

Information entered or viewed through the app is sent to the Hub website and stored on the website hosting/server systems. The app WebView may retain a login session cookie and temporary navigation history so that the Hub can keep you signed in and support navigation. These are not separate copies of your case file. If you download a document, it may be saved to your device according to your device and download settings.

Information We Handle

Depending on your role and use of the Hub, we may handle:

Contact and account information such as name, address, mobile number, email address, client ID, login ID and account status.

Case and legal-work information such as case number, parties, court, bench, hearing dates, case status, legal-work details, notices and correspondence.

Documents and files uploaded by clients or authorised office users, including documents relating to a case or legal work.

Financial information such as fees, receipts, payment records and related banking details when provided for office work.

Staff information such as HR records, attendance, salary, leave and related office records.

Authentication and security information such as password authentication records, session information, login time, IP address, browser or user-agent information and system audit logs.

Hub activity needed to maintain an audit trail, protect accounts and troubleshoot the service.

Legal files uploaded to the Hub may contain personal or sensitive information because of the nature of a legal matter. Please provide only information and documents needed for the relevant office or case work.

How We Receive and Use Information

Information may be entered by you, a client, an authorised staff member or another authorised user. Office staff may also enter information from existing office records.

We use information to create and administer accounts and provide role-based access; manage client records, cases, legal work, hearings, notices and documents; let clients view records relating to their own matters; let assigned advocates and authorised staff perform office and case work; send or display relevant case, hearing, action and document notifications within the Hub; process fees, receipts and related office records; protect the Hub, verify logins, maintain audit records and troubleshoot problems; and respond to lawful court or government requests and meet applicable legal or professional obligations.

Access and Sharing

Super Admins can access records as required to administer the Hub. Partners, advocates, junior advocates and office staff receive access according to their role and the permissions set by the Super Admin. Clients can access records relating to their own matters and documents made available to them.

We may share relevant information with assigned advocates and authorised staff where needed to handle office or case work. We may provide information to a court or government authority where we receive a lawful request or order.

We use eWebGuru for website hosting, server and backup services, and Google Gmail for email. These providers process information to provide their services. Their infrastructure and data-processing locations are governed by their respective services and terms. We cannot confirm that every provider copy or backup remains within India.

We do not sell personal information.

Mobile App, Cookies and Technical Data

The Hub uses a login session cookie to keep a user signed in. The reviewed Hub code sets this cookie for up to 14 days unless the user logs out earlier. The WebView may retain the cookie in its browser storage. The Hub also temporarily stores navigation history for the active tab.

The Hub records certain technical and security information, including IP address, browser or user-agent details, login activity and audit events. This information helps verify sessions, secure accounts and investigate issues.

The Hub may show notifications inside the user account about hearings, required actions or documents. This policy does not identify a separate Android push-notification provider. If the mobile app uses an additional push service or SDK, this policy and the Google Play Data safety disclosures must be updated to cover it.

The Hub does not need access to your contacts, camera, microphone or location for its described functions. The mobile app Android permissions and any third-party SDKs must be reviewed separately before publication.

Hosting, Security and Retention

Hub records are stored on the website hosting systems, not in a separate case-record database inside the mobile app. We use HTTPS/SSL, role-based access, password-security controls, database and file encryption, backups and regular updates/security reviews.

We retain case and legal-work records while the matter remains active. After archiving, archived records are not available to ordinary users; a Super Admin can restore them. Archived records are scheduled for permanent deletion three years after archiving. Backups may be retained for up to three years.

Session records on the server include a hashed session token, expiry time and relevant technical details. The reviewed Hub code sets the login cookie to expire after 14 days; logging out removes the cookie and invalidates the corresponding session.

Account and Data Deletion

You may request account closure or deletion by emailing krushalassociates@gmail.com or calling +91 97274 40443. We will verify the request using the registered phone number or another reasonable verification method.

After a verified request, we aim to close access to the active account and remove information that can be deleted from active account systems within 24 hours. Case, notice, financial or other records may remain archived where they are needed for ongoing legal work or applicable legal, professional or business recordkeeping obligations. Archived records are handled under the retention period described above. Copies in backups may remain until the backup retention cycle expires.

You can submit a request using the Grievance option in the client dashboard or the public account-deletion request page at https://krushalassociates.in/grievance/. The public form is accessible without login.

Your Requests and Complaints

You may contact us to request access to your information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of information, or to raise a privacy complaint. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for a particular optional use.

We may verify your identity using the registered phone number or other appropriate details. We aim to respond immediately to phone requests and within 24 hours to requests received by email or WhatsApp. If your complaint is not resolved, contact the Grievance Officer listed above.

Children and Juvenile Matters

The Hub is intended for clients, advocates and office users, and is not designed for children to create or operate their own accounts. Information about a juvenile may be entered when needed for a legal matter by a parent, guardian or authorised representative.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, data practices or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be published at https://krushalassociates.in/privacy-policy/. The effective date at the top of the policy will show when the latest version applies.
